Pricing FAQ

What counts as a recovered or invalidated charge?

Amounts the billing party credits, refunds or waives in response to a ATAHSKIA dispute, plus invoices you decline to pay because they carry no obligation under § 541.5 or § 541.7 and the billing party withdraws or does not pursue them. The success fee applies only to those amounts.

How does the free 12-month audit work commercially?

There is no upfront cost. If you choose to pursue recoveries on historical invoices, the success fee for your plan tier applies only to amounts actually recovered. If nothing is recovered, you pay nothing.

What is the break-even guarantee?

If ATAHSKIA does not identify validated disputes worth at least 3x your monthly platform fee in a month, the next month's platform fee is waived. Invoices must be connected or forwarded within 10 days of receipt to qualify.

Is there a pure contingency option?

Not as a standard plan. The hybrid model keeps the success fee low; High-Volume Fleet removes it entirely.
