ATAHSKIA

Founded 2025 · Hyderabad, India

We make the billing rule enforceable on every invoice.

OSRA 2022 gave cargo owners rights. The FMC wrote them into Part 541. ATAHSKIA exists so nobody has to give those rights up for lack of time.

Why we started.

Vikram spent eleven years running ocean procurement for an exporter shipping into US ports. Every month the same thing happened: detention invoices arrived late, without availability dates, for days the terminal was closed, and the team paid most of them because disputing took longer than the charge was worth.

When the FMC's billing rule took effect in May 2024, the defects that used to be arguments became rules with consequences. What was missing was the capacity to check every invoice and dispute inside 30 days. Vikram and Sneha built that capacity as software.

The structural problem is simple: carriers bill at scale, shippers dispute by hand. ATAHSKIA closes that gap.

Operating principles

How we work.

  • Cite the rule, every time

Every finding carries its CFR paragraph. If we cannot cite it, we do not flag it.

  • Evidence before argument

Capture the terminal record as it happens, not after the dispute starts.

  • Disputes, not fights

Factual relief requests to published contacts. Carrier relationships survive recovery.

  • Your invoices stay yours

Tenant isolation, AES-256 at rest, and zero model training on customer data.

  • Inside the window

A recovery that misses the deadline is not a recovery. Clocks are first-class objects.

  • Know our boundary

We are software, not a law firm. We prepare the record; you and your counsel decide.
