This policy explains how ATAHSKIA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED uses them on atahskia.si, the free audit and OSRA dispute calculator pages, and the logged-in platform. It should be read with our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy.

Our approach

We set as few cookies as we can. We use no advertising cookies, no third-party ad networks and no cross-site tracking pixels. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the site cannot work without them. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the consent banner, and you can change that choice at any time.

Strictly necessary cookies

These keep you signed in, protect forms and filter malicious traffic. They do not require consent under the GDPR, the ePrivacy rules or the DPDP Act because they are needed to deliver the service you requested.

• ds_session (ATAHSKIA, first party): keeps an authenticated platform session; expires when you sign out or after 12 hours of inactivity.
• ds_csrf (ATAHSKIA, first party): protects form submissions, including audit requests and dispute approvals, against cross-site request forgery; session.
• __cf_bm (Cloudflare, first party on our domain): distinguishes people from bots to protect the site; 30 minutes.
• __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid (Stripe): fraud prevention on billing pages only; one year and 30 minutes respectively.

Preference cookies

These remember choices you make so you do not have to repeat them.

• ds_consent (ATAHSKIA, first party): stores your cookie choices; 12 months.
• ds_prefs (ATAHSKIA, local storage): remembers table density, saved audit filters and theme in the platform; persists until cleared.

Analytics cookies

With your consent, we measure which pages are visited, how the OSRA dispute calculator is used and where visitors leave the free audit form, so we can fix friction. Analytics data is processed in aggregate, IP addresses are truncated before storage, and data is retained for no more than 26 months.

• ds_analytics (ATAHSKIA, first party): a random visitor identifier for counting unique visits; 13 months.

Managing your choices

You can accept or reject analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and reopen your settings at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. Rejecting analytics cookies does not affect your access to any page.

We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a refusal of analytics cookies and an opt-out under applicable US state privacy laws. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in to the platform.
