Free audit FAQ
What do we need to send?
Twelve months of paid and open D&D invoices in whatever form you have them: carrier PDFs, AP exports, EDI files. Container lists and arrival notices help but are optional; ATAHSKIA pulls milestones from carrier and terminal sources.
Can we still recover on invoices we already paid?
Often, yes. Whether a paid invoice can still be disputed depends on the carrier's terms, the invoice date and whether it was properly issued. The report separates open invoices still inside the § 541.8 window from historical ones and estimates each group separately.
What does it cost?
Nothing upfront. If you pursue historical recoveries, the success fee for your plan tier applies only to amounts actually credited or refunded.
Who sees our invoices?
Only the ATAHSKIA audit team assigned to your account. Files are encrypted at rest with AES-256, stored in a tenant-isolated environment in the US, and never used to train models.
